What are the best combinations when it comes to food and wine?  What if you have salty food?  Or an acidic wine?  We will explore all of this and more by tasting four wines and complementary charcuterie/snack items to go with them.  Every participant will get an individual charcuterie plate with tasty local finds that go with the wines from the evening.  We will use them to demonstrate how food and wine interact!

This class is right in time for Thanksgiving.

Limited to 20 people.  $45/person (includes all charcuterie items, wine tasting, and the class).
