I don’t know about you, but Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. (Maybe it’s all the delicious food and drink options?) This class will teach you the basics about wine tasting and wine pairings while also introducing you to lesser-known gems that are perfect for the holiday table. A spicy wine from Alsace?
