With vineyards planted in Carneros, Sonoma Valley, the Russian River Valley, and Sonoma Coast, Kistler Vineyards is considered the pinnacle of California Chardonnay.  It’s Chardonnay on a different level. Opulent and powerful with elegance and finesse.

Along with Chardonnay, they are also revered for their small production Pinot Noirs, with vines originally hailing from a Grand Cru vineyard in Burgundy. Like the chardonnay, these are very low yielding vines, resulting in wines with a natural density and concentration of flavor, balanced by elegant natural acids and elevated aromatics.

Because of their small production levels, Kistler is heavily allocated- around the world, not just in New Hampshire.  The state of New Hampshire will get only handful of cases for this vintage.  Wine on Main has the opportunity to reserve a few bottles on a first-come first-serve basis.  We will do the best to accommodate your requests.

You can reserve your bottles here.

We anticipate that the wines will be available by the end of the month.  We will give you a call in 1-3 business days to confirm your order.

Kistler Les Noisetiers Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2021

$89.99/bottle

Tasting Notes: A classic balance of layered, juicy fruit and mineral backbone. It is delicious wine, with white flowers and stone fruit aromatics leading to a full bodied, juicy core, loaded with flavors of peach, apricots, pineapple and pear. The finish goes a mile long.

Technique: After thoughtful selection at the sorting table, whole clusters are fed by hand directly into the press. An extremely gentle 2-hour Champagne program is used to produce the best juice.  After a complete malolactic fermentation, the wine sees 11 months of barrel age.  There is a smaller percentage of new oak used on the Les Noisetiers in order to highlight the character of this wine.
