Wine on Main Donation Request Form
There are so many worthy causes and we wish we could support them all! However, as a very small business, we have a limited amount of resources when it comes to donations. We get hundreds of donation requests each year and we’ve created this form to help streamline the process of submitting your requests.
Please note that we cannot donate free wine/alcohol for any event or cause per licensing regulations. We can work with you on discounts at our discretion. Most donations take the form of a voucher for a wine class or something comparable that can be used for silent auctions, drawings, etc.
While we would love to chat with everyone in person, we ask that you use this form rather than dropping in to make your requests. We are a very small team and struggle to make time for requests when they are made in person.
If we are able to accommodate your request, we will reach out to you directly via the email address provided in the form. If you don’t hear from us, it means that unfortunately we were not able to grant it. If we chose not to support your event, it does not mean that we do not think that it is a worthy cause. As much as we would love to support everyone, it is just not possible. Feel free to reach back out about future events.
We will do our best to review submissions in a timely manner. The more time you can give us leading up to your event, the better.
