We are offering this wine class on Tuesday May 13 and Wednesday May 14 so that you can pick the date that works best for you.

We’ve discussed how the climate influences wine.  We’ve also learned about choices a winemaker can make to change the style of a wine.  But what about all of the things that happen in the vineyard?  Producers make decisions in the vineyard that dictate the finished wine as well.  When is the right time to harvest?  Should you irrigate?  Is farming organically wise?  They make thousands of decisions in the vineyard itself that determine the quality of the wine.  We’ll learn about all of the steps that go into making wine prior to when the grapes actually get picked in this special springtime class.

$35 per person and limited to 20 people.  Wine classes include 6 wines, light snacks, and fun education.
