Want to make the winning offer on your dream house?  Retire by age 40?  We’re teaming up with local experts to introduce awesome life hacks in a fun and approachable way… and with a wine tasting of course!

Local realtor Melissa Perault will be here to tell you “How to be the Winning Offer in Today’s Markets.”  Then Phoebe Story will explain “How to Retire by Age 40.”  You’ll also hear tips from Comparion insurance about how to best take care of your valuable assets.

You’ll have the chance to ask all of your own questions in a relaxed and judgement-free setting.  Consider them your personal life coaches for the evening!  We’re pulling back the veil and giving people easy-to-understand tools for success.

Tickets are $20/person.  They include the wine tasting, light snacks, and plenty of great advice!

Melissa Perault, Realtor: “How to be the Winning Offer in Today’s Markets”

Melissa Perrault is a NH Native. She is a Laconia resident who has been serving clients in residential real estate as a Realtor ® with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan since September 2020. Her current Realtor designations include At Home With Diversity, Pet Friendly, and Respa Certified Staging Advocate. When she is not working she is an active Rotarian for the Lakes Region Rotary, Previous to real estate she worked for 12 years as an assistant automotive service manager. Her education includes an Associates Degree in Applied Science for Criminal Justice. Real estate is a passion for her because housing changes lives and it offers so many opportunities to connect and build stronger relationships and communities.

Phoebe Story, Financial Advisor: “How to Retire by Age 40”

Phoebe, originally from Concord, NH, joined Legacy Financial Group | Northwestern Mutual after completing her Master’s degree in Finance and working in the pharmaceutical industry. It is her passion to help others develop a strong sense of financial security while building meaningful relationships. She enjoys working with business owners, entrepreneurs, influencers, content creators, and those of-the-like.

She has always had a passion for helping people grow and as an advisor she’s able to do just that. Helping others meet their goals is what she is meant to do. She has achieved MDRT court of the table, along with being the recipient of the 2022 National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors 4 under 40 award.

Outside of advising, Phoebe has a family that she loves spending time with. Her husband, two children, and their two dogs, enjoy adventuring outdoors to the mountains or beach. Traveling is a major passion. Quality time with loved ones is incredibly important to Phoebe!
