Why do winemakers blend different kinds of grapes? What are the rules when it comes to blending? Is it consistent from vintage to vintage?
In this very unique class, we’ll taste 100% versions of grape varietals against their blended counterparts. Will you be able to pick out the grape in a blend once you taste it on its own? Which do you like more- varietal driven wines or blends?
This class includes 6 wines and fun side-by-side tastings.
