We’re offering this class on Tuesday June 17 and Wednesday June 18 from 6:30-8pm so that you can pick the day that works best for you.

Greece and Slovenia have winemaking traditions that date back to ancient times.  Greece is also home to the oldest vines in the world at over 500 years old!  Yet, these wines are still hard to find and minimally exported.  Fortunately, we’ve tracked down some true gems from these regions that you’ll be able to taste and learn more about.  What special grape varietals are these countries known for?  How do their climates play a role in what wines are produced?  What are some ancient winemaking techniques that you don’t see anywhere else?  Travel with us to Greece and Slovenia this June!

$35pp and limited to 20 people.  Wine classes include 6 wines, light snacks, and fun education.  Sign-up below for Wednesday.
