For our March wine class, we’re tackling the science of taste in a fun and approachable way.
Find out how your palate experiences food and wine through a series of small experiments. Learn about the how we process taste in an easy-to-understand way. We will taste different styles of wine to illustrate how the human brain perceives them. You will also gain a firmer understanding of where your palate falls on the spectrum and how to hone it to become the ultimate taster.
Wine classes are $35pp and are limited to 20 people. They include 6 wines, light snacks, and fun education.
